Definitely not luxury living.
Vantage used to be the premier place to live in EDGE district compared to the other buildings but has consistently gone down hill month after month the last few years.
From a community standpoint, there used to be events to get people together every few months which have been non-existent for quite some time.
If you ever need anything from management, unlike most buildings that have an office staff that’s happy to help, you will find yourself greeted with closed office doors and spend most... of your days waiting around for someone to show up, or take on the full time job sending emails and making phone calls trying to get any type of answer or follow up.
The only perk remaining is the rooftop pool which hasn’t been really maintained much. The chairs break and aren’t replaced so outside of some couches and tables, there are only a couple pool chairs for a building of 80+ apartments.
Overall the general upkeep of the building is not where you would expect “luxury living”. Gates to the garage have been broken, elevators out of service, and water buckets in the hallways when it rains.
The only good thing to say is the two guys who do maintenance are great. Complete opposite of the management staff as they are quick to respond to tickets and always are happy and friendly when they do any work.
