Jewel at Santa Rosa Beach

This place has the best amenities of any apartments around, the golf sim is so fun! Been here a month and can’t imagine being anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I recently toured The Jewel and was really impressed. The entire property was extremely clean and well maintained. I loved the amenities, especially the pools and the golf simulator. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch too. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the tour. Overall, it gave a great first impression and felt like a place I’d truly enjoy living.

The Jewel is what happens when luxury and comfort decide to move in together. Gorgeous property, amenities that feel resort-level, and spacious apartments with all new appliances. The staff is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel like a VIP instead of just another lease. Fair warning: touring here will ruin every other apartment for you.

From the moment Cameron took me on my tour, I knew I was in trouble… the good kind. He was super sweet, personable, and knew everything about the property. By the end of the tour, I was already mentally moving in.

And because this place chooses chaos in the best way there are TWO pools. One for “I’m relaxing” and one for “don’t talk to me, I’m floating.” Iconic.

The apartments are brand new, beautiful, and come with shiny new appliances INCLUDING a washer and dryer inside the unit.

Every staff member is ridiculously friendly, the grounds are always pristine, and the application-to-move-in process was so fast I didn’t even have time to spiral. Unreal. Lee mas

We love the amenities and the townhouse we chose near the water retention area. The only dislike is the amount of foot traffic near our windows next to our space. If we leave blinds open there is very little privacy.
