Do not live here!!! In the 2.5 years I lived in this complex, management changed 3 different times. All of them were terrible. They lost our rent checks multiple times, conveniently “didn’t have record” of us paying a deposit which caused us to not get it back once we moved out, and maintenance requests often went ignored. They don’t answer phone calls or emails, causing you to have to visit the office, which means that you can’t properly document anything they say to you. There have been so... many times they’ll contradict things that were previously said in person and say that there’s no proof of that being said because we weren’t able to get it in writing. The place is also a dump. They are constantly having roach infestations, there’s trash everywhere, and despite there technically being two pools, one of them hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. Don’t let the cheap price and positive reviews fool you. Save yourself a headache and move literally anywhere else. Lee mas

I want to bring to your attention several issues that need to be addressed: mold, noisy neighbors, dog waste on the premises, unprofessional management, the pervasive smell of marijuana, excessive litter, poorly executed renovations, and delayed work orders. Additionally, there are persistent problems such as roaches, leaks, and disturbances from large dogs in the unit above. I am eager to explore options to end my lease prematurely. Also, there has been reports of vehicle break ins.

please don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews! The apartment has switched management 3 times since I've lived there nothing gets taken care of maintenance wise. Theres trash all over the neighborhood. They charge you for absolutely everything you think off. Including 10$ a day guest parking or they will tow your car. DONT BELIEVE ME COME TAKE A TOUR!

I have lived at 2626 Park (Dlp Meadowbrook) for about 1 year now and love it. It’s close to work, the amenities are great and the staff is always helpful (thank you, Melissa, Krystal, Meredith)! Any maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. I always recommend Dlp Meadowbrook to people looking for a New place to call home! Bittersweet goodbye, relocating due to current job promotion! 2 and half months without a properly working stove, Refrigerator seal no working.

No one answers messages. Kept going by the office - usually closed with a paper on the door saying they are out. Finally spoke to someone from leasing who said she would speak to the manager and call me back. Never heard anything back. Kept going back until they were there. Spoke to the manager who said someone woud be there that same day - still waiting. - 3 days now.
