Steeple Club Apartments

I’ve been living at Steeple Club Apartments for 2 ½ years now, and I can honestly say I’ve had a consistently positive experience. From day one, the property has been well-managed and professional.

One of the biggest highlights is the maintenance team. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently. They don’t leave you waiting or wondering — issues are addressed in a timely manner and fixed properly the first time.

The property manager’s communication is truly top-tier.... Responses are prompt, clear, and professional. It’s reassuring to know that management is attentive and actually cares about residents’ concerns.

The apartments themselves are up to date and well-kept. The finishes feel modern, and the overall condition of the units reflects good upkeep. I’ve also never had issues with insects, which says a lot about the maintenance and cleanliness of the property.

The community is quiet and peaceful, and my neighbors are respectful and friendly. It’s a comfortable environment where you can truly feel at home.

After 2 ½ years here, I genuinely have no complaints. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, updated apartment community with responsive management and a calm atmosphere, I would absolutely recommend Steeple Club Apartments.

Great management, Responsive maintenance, convenient location

****DON'T MOVE HERE!!! It is a quiet community and the amenities look nice in the pictures but it is crime ridden at night and in broad day light! There are constant break-ins in vehicles AND also break ins in the apartments in BROAD DAYLIGHT and Steeple Club Apartments Management just seem to down play the activity as though it doesn't exist!!! How many of the Leasing Staff live there!?!? NONE. The community sits back off the road and it's VERYYYY dark at night making it a haven for... criminal activity to happen. So you KNOW that if they break in during the day, you have to know what they will do at night when your guard is down and you are asleep!!!!! If you desire safety and assurance that your belongings won't be violated you better think twice about moving there***** Lee mas

The apartments here are in a great location and make you feel like you're inside of a house. We have enjoyed it here since we have moved in and they have recently gotten a new courtesy officer that actively monitors the property which gives us a piece of mind. Will be renewing my lease coming up!

First of all, my roommates and I have lived here for almost 3 years and we love it. Everything is done in a timely manor and everything gets done efficiently. When we first moved in, they even re did our whole kitchen to make sure it was to our standards! They help out when they can and understand life happens. Second of all, Malena is AWESOME! I go to her for everything and she is the best property manager we have ever had! I don't wanna rent anywhere else!
