Absolutely no parties allowed, with violations resulting in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violations. Pets must be housetrained, not left alone, and have a weight limit of 35 lbs. No Pitbulls allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Checkout requires loading and starting the dishwasher and disposing of trash properly. Building access requires a smartphone for the smart lock application.
