Disappointing Experience
As a long-term resident of Visconti at Westshore, I can no longer stay silent about the disappointing management practices that have plagued this community for far too long. Having resided here for 3 years, I've witnessed a steady decline in both the quality of service and resident care.
My dissatisfaction stems from several key issues, the most egregious being the exorbitant late fees imposed for minor infractions. Despite being a responsible tenant, I was slapped with a staggering $250 fine... for a mere few hours delay in rent payment—a punishment that far outweighs the offense.
Furthermore, the recent change in management 1.5 years ago has only exacerbated the problems. The inefficiency and lack of communication have become glaringly evident. Simple tasks, such as lease signing, drag on for weeks, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience for residents.
One of the most infuriating aspects is their failure to provide timely lease renewal options. Instead of reaching out in advance to discuss termination or extension, residents are blindsided with last-minute notices, accompanied by threats of hefty penalties for non-compliance.
Sadly, my experience is not unique. Countless fellow residents share similar frustrations and grievances, highlighting systemic issues that have yet to be addressed.
In conclusion, I urge prospective tenants to think twice before considering Visconti as their future home. The disregard for tenant well-being and the blatant disregard for fair and transparent policies make this community a regrettable choice.
