Beautiful, safe community
This is my favorite place I’ve ever rented. As a younger women alone I felt comfortable, I love Diane the property manager and everyone took care of each other I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Roaches, Theft, and Police. Just Avoid.
I wish I could give negative stars here. You will lose money moving here. You will lose peace. And you may also lose property.
First, in regards to money, You will lose property. Other "tenants" may forcefully attempt to enter your unit. Your car may become a prime target for hit-and-runs, even though it is parked on the property. Just in insurance and destroyed personal property, you'll lose money.
Second, you will lose peace. Every 1-2 weeks you will see the Titusville Police Department on... site. They will be there for domestic issues or for damage to personal property and so forth. (Sometimes they won't even be able to make it out due to COVID). In addition, to the police expect never-ending booming music at night and screaming fights from the neighbors during the day.
Lastly, you may lose patience. Matters are handled on Tuesdays and Thursday. Thus if someone tries to break into your apartment on Saturday good luck. Also expect copious roaches and vermin in your apartment. It really is...ridiculous.
Save your time, your bug spray, and your 2 months deposit and live in a safer area. You'll be happier and safer in the long run.
Live here for 2 years. Not worth it.
