Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it is when the gate isn’t working as expected—especially when it impacts visitors, deliveries, and daily convenience. This issue has been... escalated to our warranty team and the new equipment has just arrived. We are actively working with the vendor to complete the installation of the equipment so the gate can be opened by the app again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand that living near the elevator equipment room can be challenging, and while some aspects of the building’s design are fixed, we regret that this has impacted your comfort. We did... add a significant amount of noise cancellation material into the elevator control room and, based on your previous communication with our service supervisor, we had thought that it had been a resolution. The amenity areas are monitored regularly. Occasional issues can & will arise and when they do repairs are subject to the availability of parts. When the gate repair technician arrived he determined that the video entry had been hit by a vehicle causing the need for a replacement to be ordered. We’ll continue working with our teams to maintain and refresh shared spaces. We appreciate your residency and encourage you to reach out directly so we can discuss any specific concerns further.
