It was excellent because of the positive energy from the front office the environment was very clean and delightful and all the amazing amenities that this environment brings and truly was a great experience and definitely will be back.

I came back from a walk today only to find a bicycle blocking the entrance way, an empty plastic water bottle left on the ground, the entryway to the neighbors apartments are filthy, the breezeway is dirty and there is paint peeling from the wall in breezeway (it’s been like that for months). The pool is always dirty and the grill area is always dirty. You pay a lot of money to live in this new complex (only a year old) and it’s disgusting!

I really love this place. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The floor plans are very spacious. The lakes and gazebo are beautiful and relaxing. Have not tried the fire pits and grill yet. The amenities are top notch and so convenient. Used to have a gym membership but with this gym, don’t need it. This gym is probably the best I’ve seen for an included amenity. Restaurants and stores are so close you don’t have to drive far. I used to have to drive more to find a running spot and the... gym. But now it’s all right outside my door. The fact that I can walk to the gym and the pool and run all around here is just amazing. Very convenient. Like a small community with a resort feel. Couldn’t have chose a better place.

New construction, but accepting applications. The entire staff have been very accommodating and answers every question you may have. Our experience has been phenomenal. Looking forward to moving in in May24!
