The Vista at Winter Park

Thank you to Yaritza for going above and beyond and being so patient with my family and showing us multiple units. She was truly a pleasure and very knowledgeable of her work and you can see, she takes pride in her work.

The townhome we were promised was not at all what we got. We were told the townhome was under new renovation and then we found out that really someone was currently living there! The welcome letter we received and the unit we applied for was not the unit they showed us. Not even the same street address or unit number. The management never disclosed any room dimensions to us even after countless times we asked. For the record, both the “master bedrooms” are about 9x9 feet. I measured out my basic... queen size bed frame that is 6x7 feet and it never would’ve fit inside the room comfortably. The AC unit in the unit was disgusting. Covered in black dust and filth. The carpet on the stairs was matted down and reeked of must. Most of the closets were dented or uneven and all were incredibly small. The management insisted we pay a $899 security deposit before we ever received a copy of the lease to review. We ended up NOT signing the lease or moving into the townhome. They never gave us information when we requested it, never gave us any paperwork of pricing or documentation, and never verified they even received our security deposit. They also didn’t allow us to view our unit and see the size until the DAY before we were set to move in. All the “amenities” are extremely disappointing. A gym that includes 3 machines total and a tiny pool. I wouldn’t trust this place with any money or hopes of a secure, safe, happy place to live. Lee mas

This used to be a nice apartment complex to live in while under previous owners and management but the new owner and management do not care about their tenants. It took them 5 to 6 months to replace an AC unit in my mother's apartment. The AC has gone down while under previous management and they fixed the unit within 24 - 48 hours. The current management thought it was ok to only place a small window unit in her bedroom while the rest of the apartment was ridiculously... hot with this Florida heat.

She has lived there for 18 years and now they notified her that the rent is going up by $600.00! That's over 50% increase. I would not recommend that anyone rent there. The apartments are out dated and the maintenance team aren't very good at all. Lee mas

So far we have had a great experience with Property Manager Herby Sincere, he is super welcoming, professional and polite, always ready to help with any questions we have and to try to solve the problems as best as possible. The entire process prior to move-in was very smooth, the apartment was in good condition, and so far we are happy to have chosen this community as our new home.

Lived here two separate times for a total of 3 years. Gene and Melissa are great people and always addressed any issues promptly and effectively. Apartments are spacious and clean to live comfortably. When moving in the second time I was put in at the front of the line giving me a sense of ease. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.
