The building is currently under construction, with blowers in the lobby and hallways that can be turned off if too loud at night. The AC is a PTAC system controlled by the HOA without a thermostat, which may not suit those with very high temperature standards. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 9:00, and the space is for residential use only, prohibiting social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed, and no pets are permitted, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Other fines include $150 for false fire alarms, $50 for eating, drinking, or smoking in common areas, and $50 for improper trash disposal. Bicycles are not allowed in the building. Please leave the condo tidy, empty the trash, and start the dishwasher before departure. Fresh linens and a thoroughly cleaned space are provided, but no maid service is available during your stay.
