The GoodWynn at Town Brookhaven by ARIUM

There has been turnover in the management over the last two years and this go-around has been progressively worse.
She is passive aggressive and rude at every turn. Everything may look nice but how she treats people who pay rent is unnecessary and shows she does not want to help.
This current bout, there have been issues with out access gate to park leaving everyone to park in a public lot which does have break ins. She said "its an access gate, not a security gate." which it is a Restricted... Access Gate and she does not give us the courtesy to acknowledge that its broken.
The rest of the staff are nice and but the quality of life here has gone down and it is solely because of the property manager. It is no longer a place where you can go to the office for issues without being berated. Lee mas

Lots of space but constant construction noise, pet noise, and fire alarms. It's a nice enough place, but not worth the price. My unit was not ready for move-in on the agreed upon date, and I find roaches pretty often. When there's construction, they give residents only a day's notice (sometimes not even that).

We were not informed of the constant construction and noise that would be occurring during our entire lease upon signing. Both on apartments as well amenities that we pay for and did not have access to use for most of the lease. They have changed delivery services AGAIN and refuse to take packages in the office during the mix up THAT THEY CAUSED with resident packages. They substantially upped rent to resign in the midst of a pandemic and economic crisis. They are a money making machine and that... is all they care about. Resident comfort and relations is not of their concern. Terrible experience and will be moving out ASAP. Lee mas

All was great while everything was great. Once a neighbor had an incident and it effected my apartment all went down the hill. Management couldn't care less about any issues. It was such an evident turn downhill with the change of the Management.
