I have never had such a horrible experience with an apartment. The office staff was always rude to me. If I complained about anything I was asked if I wanted to move out. Every neighbor I had was rude and inconsiderate of other people living there. Maintenance left a mess and left lights on. It truly was awful.

The leasing manager and her agent actually cared about my children and I. They went out of their way to satisfy us to the best of their knowledge.

Every encounter has been very positive for me. They are always so nice and helpful and Mrs Mills has been THE most patient person ever with me while I gathered everything I needed. She has kept in touch with me and I have found out I am approved and moving in this month. These apartments are so beautiful and not becuase they are new...The flooring, appliances and tall ceilings are all top notch. I CANT WAIT TO MOVE IN!! Thats my only beef is that they are not ready and I am ready. (But I was... told they wouldnt be ready yet)

When I was interested in moving in, the people at the office were really nice. However, since our application was denied, they have been rude on numerous occasions. We have been calling about our money that they were supposed to refund to us. Hey refuse to answer the phones and when they do answer, they are RUDE!!! Jackie, Denise, and even the property manager are rude. One person tells me one thing and the other would tell me something completely different. It’s been over a month th since we’ve... applied and we still haven’t received our refund check. Bad customer service!!! I’m so glad we don’t live here!!

I have not moved in yet but this a brand new development. When I say new I mean new. Denise and Mrs. Mills in the leasing office are spot on. They are both very professional and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will update again if move in. A
