River Ridge at Canton Apartamentos

Good location. Floor plans are nice, apartment maintenance has been good. Laundry, gym, car wash, etc. are falling apart, broken, or filthy. Outside yard upkeep is okay. Trash, cigarette butts, etc in hallways is ignored. Any disputes with other tenants are ignored. They tell you to call the police for any issues after 11pm, but they don't want to deal with any daytime issues at all. This place is overrun with pets. Most do not clean up after their pets. Watch where you step. Overall property is... nice, management is there to collect your rent and not much more. Lee mas

Horrible management, you’re lucky if you get stuff fixed (from toilets to dishwasher & A.C.). You may or may not get an exterminator & if you do that probably won’t help. The people on the first floor decorate the yard in front of their balcony like a trailer park. Residents just received a notice that to now use the pool they need to get a passport photo at their own expense. This has not been required in the past. Much of what they advertise is not included... but they will raise your rent... $50 a year each renewal.

God forbid you ask Nicole about when renovations will be completed or to do her job and enforce the pet laws.
If you're lucky enough to find someone in the office be mindful not to interrupt their snack time or you're sure to meet their utterly rude unprofessional behavior.

They care about their residents and their community.their whole goal is make life good for their residents. They do this in many ways. The first being that they care about the grounds. They keep everything cleaned up and presentable. The second is their treatment of their residents. They always care about any concern you may have. No matter what. It is all sincere and from the heart. It is extra ordinary. Move here and live life great.

We are a newly wedded couple. This is our first apartment ever. It is very affordable for our price range, considering that we are still very young. However, we get a lot for what we are paying for. The apartment is a decent size. It's in a very quiet and calm residence. Our apartment complex has walking trails, a pool, a laundry mat, and a gym. Although we had a few broken things within the apartment when we first moved in, maintenance came and fixed it right away. The staff in the office have... been very helpful and friendly. They made our approval process very fast and easy. We have been very fortunate to have found such an affordable and comfortable place to call our first home together. Lee mas
