Greystone Summit Columbus Apartamentos

Living at Greystone Summit has been a great experience overall the community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with nice finishes and quality appliances. I’ve really enjoyed the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse, and maintenance is usually quick to respond to any issues. The staff is friendly, though communication could be improved a bit when it comes to advance notice for maintenance or events. Upon moving in, I received excellent support from the staff and got to know my neighbors. They were eager to assist with everything that arose, such as mailing systems, fixture adjustments, and leasing questions. My husband and I felt welcomed in this community. We recommend others to come and experience it for themselves.

I lived here in 2019 and then I also had best experience of Greystone farm reserve as well and it’s again I moved back to summit drive . Best location , secure

I have been staying here for about 3 years now and have no complaints. My name is Brandice Brown. The staff is very nice and professional. Any small thing needed for maintenance it is handled quickly and professionally as well . The area is very quiet and with being down the street from a Walmart shopping is very convenient. They have events here for the residents to bond and even local food trucks come! The 24/7 access is such an enjoyment with my work schedule. The pool is always clean and... ready to go. The rooms are very big with nice closets . I would recommend this place to anybody. Lee mas

Greystone Summit has been nothing short of the Perfect Place to call home. I really feel the sense of community and safety! Many amenities to offer and the monthly engagement with the residents is a nice perk. Going into my 2nd year of residence and I have no complaints whatsoever
