Prose Columbus

Prose Columbus is a great place to stay it’s safe and enjoyable and friendly atmosphere whether your walking around or need help with the grill other residents are helpful I seen residents help others figure out how to use the grill or just talk to get to know each other and the staff if fair and respectful and does their best to meet your needs or personal issues.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for a while now and regret our decision everyday.. you’ll see a lot of five star reviews, but majority of what I’ve seen has been from people who simply toured the place and have not actually had to deal with the consequences of living here, and also somehow they are posted right after a one star review is posted.. very suspicious. The wall between the ceiling and the floor of the apartments above must be super thin. We can hear things like the sink... running, washer and dryer, shower, etc. We have had very noisy neighbors that we complained about many many many times and it honestly felt like they couldn’t care less. Dogs barking for hours on end and they won’t do anything about that either. They make excuses for the owner. Not very receptive to our feedback. Counting down the days til we can move out. We wish we would have toured more places but we were lured in by the property itself. The property looked good when we moved in but now there’s cobwebs and dirtiness in the breezeways, dog droppings everywhere. It’s just not kept to standard. I would definitely not recommend living here. Lee mas

You can hear every movement from the units above you. Very poorly built.

Great community. Great atmosphere. Convenient location with excellent apartment and on site amenities.

Poor, incomplete finishes in both bathrooms. Slow or non existent maintenance response and non resposive office.
