I’ve moved in today and the customer service that Keyounia gave me was amazing. I’m very pleased with my apartment my unit is spacious and very updated. Keep up the good work Keyounia.

I have been living here since September, and I have experienced repeated noise issues since my neighbors moved in during October. The disturbances include children running, heavy footsteps, banging noises, moving furniture, and stomping.
The noise has been disruptive to my daily life and has even affected my children’s sleep. Despite contacting property management about the issue, the situation has not improved.
While the community and amenities are nice, the lack of effective noise control... makes it challenging to enjoy a peaceful living environment. I would caution prospective residents to consider this if noise sensitivity is important to you.

The process was smooth The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond when something comes up.JaNaya & Keyounia was such a big help . the property is always clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!
