Horrible Exprience
I want to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with the leasing process, specifically with Onna, who facilitated my transfer to a new apartment. Initially, I was impressed with her friendliness and willingness to assist during our initial conversations. She seemed genuinely helpful and eager to make the transition as smooth as possible. However, my experience drastically changed once I moved in. Upon entering the apartment, I was greeted by an overwhelming and unpleasant... odor that made it uncomfortable to be in the space. To further compound the issue, I discovered that none of the electrical outlets were functioning, rendering me unable to use several essential appliances. The dryer was also inoperative, which has made managing laundry extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the condition of the apartment was far from acceptable—there is noticeable peeling paint throughout, which gives the unit an unkempt appearance. What has been most disappointing is the lack of follow-up from Onna after my move-in. It felt like I was a priority during the transfer process, but once I signed the lease, all communication ceased. It's disheartening to feel abandoned, especially when there are significant issues that need to be addressed immediately. Overall, I expected a much better experience when transferring to a new unit, and the level of customer service from Onna I received has fallen woefully short. I sincerely hope that future residents are treated with the care and consideration that I did not receive.
