Kenridge Apartments

Is this how CAPREIT, Inc. treats tenants? July 2nd my car was hit by maintenance and this is unacceptable response to the situation. 60 days to wait for insurance company information?! Besides that I cant get repairs done for months while my livingroom floods everytime it rains. Overcharge on rent portal account that isn't put in when rent is paid. To pay rent now I must pay charges twice? Pest control I pay for that never comes. Pool that isn't ever open and a gated community with no gate... ever?! Please help us tenants here in Kenridge apartments. Idk who it is renting the apartment above me to the left 1230 like it's an air bnb to people. Undesired ppl who are letting the dog poop in front of my door. Their disruptive and disrespectful to the elderly and other renting tenants. Its listed online and as I signed a lease agreement and this isn't an air bnb residency. Please someone in management to look into it and resolve this by removing them asap. Lee mas

The rent office doesn't do anything!! My ceiling leaked for over a month. I have mold in my unit, they refuse to give me a new unit. They don't always pick up your trash. It's always a fight in the apartment no security. It's over priced. The pictures you see is just the showing unit. They are horrible!!! They evicted the noisy neighbors but didn't change the locks so they are back living in the apartment.

My a/C, heat has been non existent. Call the office daily to speak to the manager, she never available. Call maintenance it takes you to an emergency line during normal business hours. My car was stolen and the manager never gave camera footage to my insurance company. Heed the other reviews, you will definitely regret the decision if you move here.

This complex is the absolute worst! My lease ends next month & I'm ecstatic! They never answer the phones, for current residents, the units are outdated, I believe I have the first ever dishwasher made, the main gates is constantly broken. My a/c has not been working for the past 2 months ive complained day in and out for it to be repaired or moved to a new unit. The new pretty plants and paint won't harbor the underlying issues.

Hello, I been a tenant over here for 8 years, I love the location of my apartment is close to the stores, highway, schools, malls, but most importantly for me is very close to Dekalb Police Department. Every apartments that I have live in Dekalb I have to say Kenridge has this low tolerance for endangering there tenets, might I add all landlord do not pay attention to there tenants but Mr. Ron he listen and do his best to comply. In closing every where I go living in an apartment you have to... think about your who you living around, and if you love where you live you will protect where you live. Lee mas
