Foundry Duluth Apartamentos

I recently moved here and I rented a fully renovated apartment which I absolutely love. The neighbors seem very friendly and the office staff and maintenance staff have been wonderful to work with. The location is great too!

Our original move-in date was set for 8/27/21 ,but unfortunately there was leak found in our apartment. Our move-in date was moved to 9/02/21. While it certainly was an inconvenience, Elicia and Jennifer handled the situation very well. They offered to cover the costs associated with the altered move date ,and even gave us a little housewarming gift. My wife loved the gift BTW. Keep up the good work. I appreciate the effort and hospitality very much!

The foundry duluth is a good place to live. The staff are all nice and helpful, very professional and friendly too! I give it 5 stars!!!

Application and move in was great. Office personnel was awesome and community is quiet and people are friendly. I have dog and he loves the dog park, which is well maintained. Great place to live if your looking for an home instead type apartment atmosphere.

I feel a real sense of community with my neighbors, they greet and acknowledge each other. A lot of walkers and kids around to enjoy the day. I feel very comfortable here.
