Very cozy neighborhood, and the drive in is very calming and relaxing, would definitely recommend to others. The pool and workout room are a plus.

I love the apartment it has a lot of space, I just would like that the gym would has more space and there’s some volleyball, basketball or soccer courts

been here for a week, i really am liking it here. very quiet and food trucks every week !! i love it. next to major highway 85 so you will be able to get wherever your going quicker

Would not recommend this facility. Paper thin walls & ceilings with very noisy neighbors.

Expensive trash pickup, severely restricted on what will be picked up and somewhat intermittent service. Prior to living here, I had weekly trash pickup for a 4-bedroom house with more trash cans at about ¼ the cost. If I have to discard much of my own, I'd rather save the monthly fee and dump it myself.

Super cheap appliances. Can live with clothes washer & drier, but dishwasher and refrigerator is a... pain.
