The Pointe at Concord Apartamentos

-The trash pickup is good but not great. If I have a lot of trash or larger trash I don't really have a place to leave it. There's not central trash drop-off for larger items.
-They don't change the filters for the AC without a work order. That is insane. They should have put the door on the outside so they can change the filters and do maintenance.
-Not having a balcony really sucks. No private outside area is really detrimental to mental health.
-Mandatory fire inspections with no expectation... of privacy and last minute with zero time ahead. (Got an email this morning claiming they sent one last week, they did not) Lee mas

Easy process to become a resident. Move in was a breeze. Had a maintenance request that was handled promptly upon move in. No issues with noise.

Me and my wife just moved in the other day and everything has been smooth. It is a quiet community with easy access to restaurants and stores. Apartments are fair priced for the area and Mia was super helpful with move in process and making sure we had everything squared away.

Everything appears to be quite satisfactory. I would certainly recommend this apartment to others, as the services, amenities, and overall environment seem to be excellent.

We have been here now for 13 months and we still really enjoy it here. We love the convenience of being in between Commerce, Gainesville, Athens, and Buford. Jefferson is a really nice place to be.
