Where do I start? With the constant stream of evictions and tenants' belongings being dumped on the street in the parking lot may be a good place. This did not deter the management from offering $200.00 for each referral from the tenants that signed a lease and moved in. Which is a practice I found to be insane.

They advertise having a pool, which has water that only gets changed when it rains. There is no chlorine in the pool and the water and anybody who goes in it smells like it died 5 years... ago. Living here you might as well be living in the projects. That's probably a better option. Don't move here, you'll be sorry!!!

They brought a new leasing office staff and they are AMAZING! The maintenance is attentive & they will complete them in 24 hours. I really like living here and they are doing resident events in the office now too. My kids enjoyed the Trick or Treat event.

Office woman was really rude and I was told I could tour and now none of these apartments are available why is it still being advertised?

Office staff is very rude and unprofessional! False advertising! Pool has never been open, roaches, water bugs and gnats everywhere.
Water is usually cut off. Huge neighborhood so maintenance on property is not upkept. Corporate just as bad as employees.

I Advised the regional manager that this is the third time the toilets have overflown. Also, I advised her that the second time it happened, October 23, 2019, I was told tenants would be sent a message, but no message was sent until the 3rd occurrence, October 26,2019. I advised the regional manager that this is causing health issues. The regional manager stated she would have maintenance vacuum up the water, turn off toilets, and have a plumber come out Monday. I asked why she could not have... a plumber come out the same day and she stated that’s when they could have them come out. I then explained to her that we would be without a working toilet until Monday. She did not have a response. She then placed me on hold. After waiting, she came back on the line and stated she would have maintenance see if the water would stop and if not she would have a plumber come the same day. The water would not stop and we have been without a toilet for 1 hour and 30 minutes. My children and I have had to use the restroom and can not. I will be taking my children and I to the nearest restroom and hospital, as the unit I have paid rent on time for, is inhabitable. We have been having headaches since the first occurrence, October 14,2019. Based on our medical records we have always been completely healthy and never had any extreme headaches in the past. I have placed several work orders about the toilets not flushing properly before any of this occurred. I’m not a plumber, but if they have been out to my unit for the same issue 5 times or more, that should be proof that there is a major problem. I feel the issue could have been avoided had they checked everything when I continued to make maintenance request about the toilets. There has also been roaches spotted here and there every now and then. I have let the property managers know several times that I can not live with roaches and that my 10 year old son is allergic. It has caused his asthma to flare up. There have been issues with the unit since we moved in. I have also contacted the corporate number that was given to me and have not gotten a call back. Lee mas
