The Hills at East Cobb Apartamentos

The apartment property manager customer service is so poor. When we moved in the apartment was infested with roaches. Even when pest control came it did not make a difference. We had to do our own pest control to get rid of the roaches. The garbage is always overflowing and you don't see maintaining after you put in requests until a couple days later. Would not recommend moving there. I am happy I left

I REALLY regret living in this place. After 3 months of waiting, sending emails, going to the office to try to resolve a problem that was created by the administration, the answer I received was that they do not have the autonomy to resolve it. Never come and live here, you will be another regretful person.

Go See Ms. Denise! Such a blessing to have someone whom took their time and PATIENCE with me. Very Professional and all the while she gave me attention and answered all my questions!! I will be always greatful to her!! Nothing like having a Pure Soul to help navigate these times!! I give a million stars!!!

I was called at 4:30PM the day before my move in where they tried to delay my move in because it wasn't ready. They told me over the phone that the countertops would be missing but the shower and sinks would still be functioning. That was false.

The apartment was missing countertops AND sinks when I moved in, the bathtubs were not surfaced yet, and the AC Unit did not work. I have lived here for 3 weeks and despite my calls without callbacks the AC Unit still does not work and I'm at the end of... my rope. They won't return my calls, they don't keep up with their website maintenance log, they aren't always in the office and I just want to get this fixed.

I've never had to deal with an apartment every single day before because I'm fighting to get things working. The other day I had to call maintenance to plug in the dishwasher because it wasn't fully installed and was missing wires. When maintenance came to take a look they told me "That's construction's job, we don't do that." Well construction hasn't shown up since the first couple days I moved in and won't give me a call with any update.

I also still do not have a mail key meaning I can't collect my checks from my work to even pay them. I have dipped into my savings to pay them but I cannot actually get my money until I can get a mail key which they have informed me several times that "They are getting made".

I just want to live in my apartment but I'm jumping over unnecessary hoops and hurdles to get just the basics working. Lee mas

The Hills offer excellent customer service which is rare these days. When ever I need service they are Johnny on the spot. The management team always friendly and helpful, will never blow you off and fulfill their promises for service. They make life comfortable here a the Hills I would recommend to anyone. Also very pet friendly and beautiful units.
