The master bedroom sets off the kitchen and includes its own en-suite(shower/tub combo, full-sized mirror, double sink hair dyer and linens, and large linen closet), queen-sized bed, new comfy mattress, and cozy bedding, tv("43"), and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the other side of the townhouse near the front door and off the second full-sized bathroom. This townhome is a pet-friendly home and a pet park is conveniently located in the community and is within walking distance. A non-refundable ($200.00) pet deposit fee will be charged at lease signing. This townhome offers a 2-car private driveway and overflow parking is available near the townhouse. All utilities, Wi-Fi, security system/Fire & Carbon Monoxide detectors are included in the rent as well as the community pool and gym access if rented as furnished.
