Courtney Station Apartments

The management is destroying this place. They can't handle anything in a timely manner, not even printing a form. The trash is overflowing out of the compactor and dumpster. The pond is full of mosquitos because the fountain doesn't work. There is dog poop everywhere and the dog park is unusable and smells. The pool was closed till the end of June. The gates break and are left open all day during the week. The people they hire aren't even professional.

This is a pretty quiet community that is convenient to location.
The management tends to do a lot of micromanaging and charge extra for the smallest things. They make residents pay out of pocket for routine maintenance. There are some car break ins because the gate doesn't really secure the property.
There are good amenities, but things tend to break down a lot. The gate stays broken and the trash compactor breaks a lot. Other than that, it's cool.

Horrible place to live. Gates broken all the time, broken down cars just sitting in parking lots, no type of security with noise complaints. Above neighbor is so noisy and nothing done with calls. Pot holes in road. We do have a drag strip in parking lot roads and cars fly around. Management does nothing, mold issues in most buildings from roof and ac leaks. This place has done nothing in ways of improvements. We will not be renewing our lease here after 5 years here.

My husband and I are newly married and moving to Savannah from Utah. We mad an appointment with Courtney Station to view the property and get some more information. When we arrived for our appointment there was no one in the office and the doors were locked. We called and waiting about 15 minutes before a member of the maintenance staff showed up and told us that all the office staff had left. We still applied that day. They told us after we had submitted the application we would know if we were... approved in 2-3 business days. After 2 weeks of waiting they finally approved us. They told us we had to have proof of insurance and power submitted before we could make a move in appointment. We had a move in date on the 25th and were told we did not need an appointment just those documents sent. After the 19th the office staff seemed to drop off the face of the earth. We had sent all our stuff in before that and never received a response. We called about 25 times, emailed a few, and even left a message through the website and never heard back. I logged into our account with them two days before we were supposed to move in and it said our application had been canceled. By this point we already had all of our belongings in a moving truck making its way across the country and non refundable one way flights with nowhere to go. This has been the worst customer service experience either of us have been through. It is now the day before we were supposed to move in and we have nowhere to go. Lee mas

Getting and apartment from Courtney station hasn’t possibly been one of the worst choices I have made. The staff here act poorly on situations that need to be handled. They are unprofessional and lie like no other. The only staff member that is genuinely helpful and respectful is Kristen, Carly or Carla the manager needs to be terminated. She lies to the face of residents. And causes more issues with residents that could have easily been solved. There is much much more to talk about how ever at... the moment I do not have the time.
