Great experience. From move-in to almost 1 year later, it’s been a great living experience. I’ve had minimal maintenance issues. I like that common areas like hallways, pool, fitness center, etc. are cleaned regularly. Leasing staff are friendly. Conveniently located. Units are nice. And they work hard to maintain the appearance and functionality of building.

Still never got reimburse for my damage light switch that maintenance broke. And now those light switches cost $100 more than what they did months ago say thanks to the tariffs.

The management team of Michelle and Morgan is easy to work with and they are welcoming and professional.
My mother and I moved to Atlanta about a week ago and although the noise level (we face the freeway) will take some getting used to, we like the building and are enjoying discovering our new area.
The apartment itself is well kept, but the appliances in our unit are old and very basic. They are adequate if not luxurious.
We requested safety bars in the master bathroom and it was done the... same day we moved in.
We are hopeful that we will continue to like our new apartment.

Things are improving, though not ideal, as the staff is still not fully staffed. However, when issues arise, they do make an effort to address them promptly. I have yet to receive compensation for the damages maintenance caused to my property, but hopefully, that will be resolved soon.
