Very good complex. Close by downtown. Property managers are respectfully and cooperative. 24/7 gym is nice

There are a lot of small issues with this community that will only become larger with time. Staff care more about moving residents in and getting reviews from people that don’t even live here.

I cannot say enough great things about Koko and her team! As the property manager, Koko sets the standard for the incredible southern hospitality you’ll find at Riverchase Vista. From greeting residents by name to going the extra mile to solve any issues promptly, she and her team truly make this community feel like home. Add to that the amazing amenities—a spotless fitness center, a fantastic dog park, and a relaxing pool—and you have the perfect living experience. Riverchase Vista is more than... just a place to live; it’s a community that cares. FIVE STARS!!!!
