More cons than pros
1. INEFFICIENT OFFICE STAFFS, doesn't know a thing about the contract, sent a final statement in the morning then sent a text message in the afternoon saying to disregard the final statement because we are not eligible of getting the deposit after breaking the lease. I sent an email asking them to provide proof as to where in the Contract of Lease that says once you break the lease your security deposit will be forfeited. I pointed out sections of the contract with regard to my concern and it... only said I should pay the reletting fee charge (this is what they call 2 months worth of rent) which I paid diligently. They didn’t respond to my text and emails, I think they don’t have anything that can support their reason of forfeiting the refund. They sent another statement and zeroed out the refund, again they never gave me proof as to why I am ineligible. This proves to show they break their own rules and I am talking about the Contract of Lease. Don’t be fooled by the phrase “if you have questions, contact us” cause that is just one big bluff. They don’t really care! Whenever we have concerns while we were living there nobody is available to take your call, you would need to visit the leasing office which is a waste of time.
2. THIN WALLS, most of the time you can hear your neighbors talking. Imagine you have a neighbor, gaming on a headphone and use speakers. Almost every day this is the scenario, you will hear screaming people and sometimes up until 10 in the evening. Complained to leasing office, they only sent out a warning email addressed to everyone in the building. They don’t care if you’re uncomfortable.
3. ROACH INFESTATION, all the time you will see these creepy crawlers and more once you turn off the lights. They will head their way out to your kitchen, restroom, living room, bedroom. EVERYWHERE! Even after all the cleaning and pest control work, it didn’t do anything.
4. BUSTED GATES, people can easily get in and out. In this area you can hear gunshots almost every night and having a working gate gives you security.
As you can see with the other reviews of this Apartment complex, the negatives outweigh any positive. Think a million times before living in this place, it is cheap for a reason.
