I have several issues. The living room fan is so close to the window, that when I am cooking, or eating, I am always hot. And do not tell me I could install AC, because this is the only place where AC was not included in the apartment. I am the one who pays the electricity, so why, in addition to paying more, should I pay monthly for AC, in addition to my rent. Parking is so expensive, that I decided not to get a car. Wherever I lived in DC, parking was included, or if requested, the charge was... not robbery. Even when I bought my condo, the first parking space came with the apartment, and for my husband, we requested a second one, but was not as high as it is here. Hot water takes for ever to come out in the shower and in the bathroom sink, and I hate having to see how water is wasted here. I am a conservationist and try to use as little of nature's gifts to some of us. Lee mas

The location in Wailuku is incredibly convenient. I love being within walking distance to schools, parks, and a variety of stores. It makes daily errands and enjoying local spots so easy. The community feels welcoming and well-maintained.
