Cardinal Lofts

Bug traps left around for at least 6 months. Cigarette butts near entrances been there since I moved in. Many dogs clearly over size limit leave waste all around the grounds. A lot of holes on the exterior filled in with spray foam just asking for bugs to get in. Washer and dryers hardly work. Usually have to do two cycles to get clothes mostly dry. Dryer vents are not hooked up or they are plugged. A lot of lint in the laundry rooms. I have been told this place was really nice when it opened 4... years ago, but it seems to be going done hill. I never see anybody that works here. Lee mas
