Lazy service to potential renters
Moving to Iowa for job. Showed up at 2pm on a Friday from out of state. On arrival there were two workers at front office and no other clients present needing assistance. We were denied a tour and told that same day scheduling for tours is not offered due to the Iowa Fair Housing Act. Online it showed that Saturday tours were offered by appointment only so we asked about this but were told weekend tours were not an option. After explaining that we were from several states away and wouldn’t be... able to make it back for several months we were only offered a virtual tour which is very easy to find without assistance so wasn’t a help. We drove in excited that the Hunt Club could be our future home as the units do have a great sense of charm. Unfortunately, we drove away feeling let down and quite frankly baffled at the uninspiring effort to show off their units.
