1. View the property interior and exterior via self-showing options above. If you are out of the area it is highly recommended you have someone tour the property that you know locally.

3. Pay the non-refundable screening fee online.
4. Primary applicant(s) must submit pet screening through . Applications will not be considered complete until pet screening is also completed. If you have a no animal, service animal or emotional support animal the screening is at no charge and still must be completed.
5. Once the application is approved the lease must be signed and move in: rent, deposit and fees within 24 hours. Move in/rent responsible date will be no later than 14 calendar days from approval.
