Liberty Lake

The new management is very rude and unprofessional. Withheld my mail due to not remembering my unit number.

I had an appliance issue and Steve and Levi were there right away to help... The issue was resolved perfectly! I have enjoyed Liberty Lakes for almost six years now and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Besides the staff being attentive and excellent at their jobs, the location is great!

The apartments are old, dirty, and small for the price. The walls are so thin, you can hear neighbors using the toilet. The management is rude, uncaring and unprofessional. They have gone out of their way to make my stay unbearable. Cant wait til my lease is up!

maintenance will never come and actually fix anything. The upstairs neighbors flooded our apartment and I called the emergency line multiple times until I got help. Even then they didn’t do anything until the next day. Maintenance cut a hole in the wall and called it good. The hole remained until we moved out. Our washer flooded the kitchen, the AC unit leaked from the ceiling all over, and they replaced the outlet covers with paper. Even when you clean exactly to how they... request it they’ll charge you the heavy sanitation. Every time it rained it would leak from the window sill. Our curtains were soaked and the wall peeled. The prior tenants were 100% smokers and I was always cleaning nicotine off the walls that seeped through. The upstairs neighbors threatened us, we’re constantly loud, and would call us names. The office forced us to pay move out fees before getting an itemized list which we never got. They are increasing the price of all units but not remodeling them. The office ladies get annoyed and upset with you when you call with questions. They forgot our move out appointment and it was a hour after we had planned.
Our carpet had nails sticking up that you would step on but couldn’t get out.
There was black mold everywhere.

They always get the job done! They are always available to lend an open ear and are always pleasant and helpful. Anytime I need something they always get one of the maintenance staff right on it! The maintenance staff is a group of VERY hard workers, as well. They do a great job keeping the property look great. The office manager is always on point, rain or shine. She always shows she cares very deeply about the property and the residents. She has solid dedication and compassion! This is the... second time that I have lived here. I keep coming back because it keeps getting better. AND of these pleasant, friendly and talented Ladies are the best reason!
They are All a blessing! EVERYDAY!

ps.. about the dog park: there is a clear sign before you enter that states to you that the dogs are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
