Rosewood and Rosewood Premier

I am mostly comfortable the apartment is great the management helpful and maintenance prompt and efficient. The new staff is trying to fix old problems one being parking I’ve never had a spot that’s the biggest down fall! I’ve had tickets and fines for not being able to find a spot. I’m afraid to leave most of the time I’m not enjoying life like I should because what good is location when you can’t come home and have a place to put your car! My blind son has to walk home because I can’t move my... car at night! It’s a big issue that in two years have never been resolved! It almost gives you agoraphobia! Lee mas

They’re absolutely amazing. Besides having some very harsh neighbors which comes with the lifestyle they are very helpful to all and any concerns. Take care of it in a timely manner.

This is a good apartment community and in a great location between the central hubs of Boise and Meridian. The amenities and perks that come with the apartment are great. These apartments come with appliances such as washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, etc. and that is a huge plus. Access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna is also great to have, and is more than a lot of other complexes in the area offer. Rosewood could improve a few things and has its issues, as does every other apartment... community, but all things considered, this community is a good choice, especially for the area. Lee mas

I enjoy my apartment. I enjoy the location of rosewood apartments. I like the managers and the maintenance person. I think they're doing a good job.

Rosewood Apartments (Greystar management) are one of the few complexes left that have a parklike, quiet setting. The apartments are roomy with excellent amenities.
