The Church Street Apartments

The Church Street Apartments are the most unique and exciting rental offering around. A 100-year old school, Faith Immanuel High School, was converted to brand-new, beautifully constructed apartments. The skeleton of the original school was kept... intact, allowing the developer to preserve many of the charms of the old high school from back in the day, including original ceramic tiles in the hallway, double-doors between wings, bulletin boards, outdoor decorations, and the overall architectural style. Once you step through your apartment door, however, everything is brand-new. New cabinets and vanities sit atop fresh vinyl flooring, and kitchens are outfitted with new stainless steel appliances. Each apartment is given a nickname reminiscent of the building's history as a school, such as "Biology" or "Detention". In addition, the conversion process allowed for each unit to have a unique layout, including larger bedrooms, spacious living rooms, and island/peninsula kitchens. Our trilevel three bedroom offerings include massively tall ceilings, creating a sense of expanse within the kitchen and living room. Outside the loft are original wooden beams holding the roof over what used to be the gym. Bathtubs are outlined in new stone tiles, and each unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
