Courtyards On The Park

We had a very pleasant experience living in these apartments. The apartment was clean, spacious, and bright, with all the amenities needed for comfortable living. The staff were always polite, attentive, and ready to help. The area is quiet and safe — it truly feels like home. I can confidently recommend this place to others.

The management team overall have been very helpful with me . Answers all my questions. I love living here. It’s improved in so many ways since years prior

I had come in for my appointment today. Nobody acknowledged my existence, and I didn't want to interrupt anyone. So, I stood there for a good 15-20 minutes until a lady came in screaming about an issue with her apartment. Nobody made the time to make me feel welcome. I would stay away from here just by first impression alone.

I have lived here for 10 years and with everything in life you will have the good and the not so good.
I, personally, have had no problems with my apartment or with management. In fact the ladies have gone out of their way to help me with a few minor issues I've encountered.
I moved from my original apartment to an upgraded model and I'm happy with it. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage in closets.
The parking situation has gotten a lot better as well. Management is cracking down... on people who just park anywhere they want.

We were told back in Jan. 2022 that there would be a clubhouse and playground built and available by May…it’s August 2023, and there’s nothing. The parking lot is the Wild West and it’s monitored much if at all. While there have been upgrades, it’s not worth the drastically increased rent. The shared washer and dryers almost always have issues. They’ll probably respond to this denying all of this and asking to speak with them directly. I have. And you can’t get a hold of the actual people in... charge unless you make a fuss. And those people aren’t even in state. Lee mas
