Lived here since 2020 not by choice. Dog waste and garbage everywhere even on grass and sidewalks, repairs take long, God forbid you see vermin or bugs! hallways are filthy, lots of areas are muddy after it rains or snows because the grass is patchy. They nickel and dime you for everything. Every lease renewal rent goes up and we are now paying for water,sewage and heat that is calculated by the entire buildings usage. Soon they are charging us for parking and hiring parking enforcement to go... through the parking lot and towing people's cars that aren't registered under the lease holders name and have insurance etc under lease holders name.Greedy corporations that don't care about actual people and families. This Is By Far The Worst Apartment Building I Ever Stayed In They Have Ever Bug You Can Think Of In They Buildings They Don’t Fix Anything At All My Patio Door Ain’t Locked Since I’ve Been Here I Have Two Bathrooms But Only Can Use One Shower Because Its Floods In This Other The Water Doesn’t Go Down The Drain Ceilings Leaking Hallways Nasty Laundry Room Nasty The Apartment Next Door Flooded And It Flooded My Apartment As Well They Just Patch Things Up And Keep It... management is terrible, hallways are always dirty, roaches in almost all the buildings.Been waiting on something to get fixed that's been a hazard for two years even called Waterton and it's still not fixed but they put notes on your door if you late paying rent but they're not using the rent money to do any maintenance on the building. If you complain too much they'll tell you you can just move and they won't charge you any fees

The corridors are ridiculous very dirty. Mgmt is no help what so ever. Mgmt does not let you see Apt unit until move in date. they spring extra fees on the tenants
