The Ponds on Plum Grove Apartamentos

I moved in a little bit over a month ago. The application process and walk through of the apartment was a very easy process. Dana, the office manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very clear on expectations and very helpful breaking down the finances. Dana, management, and Hugo, maintenance, are very helpful and responsive with questions or concerns. The apartment is modernized, new appliances and light fixtures, flooring and countertops. The complex is quiet, filled with wild life,... mostly birds, and best of all bug free. It is smoker friendly. So far my experience has been pleasant and I'd recommend The Ponds on Plum Grove to anyone looking for an apartment to rent Lee mas

Please be extremely cautious when renting at Plum Grove. They prey on the disabled, elderly and government assistance! They will decide to raise your rent, take you to court and will evict you. They evict, in order to increase the rent. They have constant water shutoffs & geese poop all over parking lot! Most of the units are all smokers, which makes the hallways smell Malodorous. The head Manager (Mr. Guy) who kept things in order have been out of the office for reasons unknown. Meanwhile,... the clueless assistant manager, has a boyfriend who actually lives in the complex.. They love to horseplay & play kiss and footsie when he’s home from work/school & when the office is about to close. Totally unprofessional! And this place also delete bad reviews which should be considered illegal to delete! Why delete?? Be transparent! The front door to your apartment has a huge gap underneath the door which smells creep in from the hallway because there is no ventilation. Lee mas

My wife and I loved living at The Ponds! The units are clean, well-maintained, and the appliances are nice. Having a balcony really helps increase the versatility of living space, the grounds are well-kept. Most importantly though, Dana at the leasing office, and the entire maintenance staff are fantastic. Truly, I have never experienced better customer service. Dana and the rest of management are extremely professional and quick to respond to any inquiries. While we did not have any major... maintenance issues during our time at The Ponds, maintenance was always quick to respond within a few hours. I highly recommend The Ponds to anyone who wishes to have a team of experienced multi-family housing managers supporting them in their home. Lee mas

I've lived at The Ponds for over 3 years and it's a wonderful place to call home. The buildings and grounds are well-kept, maintenance is fantastic, and management makes new improvements on the property every year. You can't beat the value here!

The staff is amazing, they truly thought of everything which left me with very few questions before moving in. I have had zero maintenance issues and zero issues with pests. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The neighbors were all very friendly and very
helpful. I would absolutely recommend The Ponds.
