Rude Staffing
I wanted to get a tour of the apartment as I am on the hunt to move soon. Edgar was the associate on the phone with me who said that I was “not serious enough” for a Saturday tour time. He began to ask questions, and I gave realistic answers. I found the comments made about not being serious enough for a weekend tour as I work a full-time job incredibly unprofessional. Mentioning how he would need to get authorization to get overtime in order to tour on a Saturday. All things that I did not need... to hear after being rudely told that since I can’t move in within the next week, that I am not serious enough to want to see the apartment that I wanted to schedule and reached out first about. They also do not have any information on pet policies and fees. It mentions all of the amenities catered to having pets in the apartment, but nowhere does it mention the fees and maximum amount of pets allowed. Overall, my first and last impression of Panton Mill Station was unfortunately terrible due to Edgar’s unprofessionalism.
