The Maintenance team at the Kent is Incredible

I had a pipe leak and the fast turnaround from the Kent Maintenance team was incredible. They are so good here and really appreciate their work.

Great Staff and Prompt Action on a Maintenance Request

We are very impressed with the property in terms of the staff response and the look and cleanliness of the building. We had a maintenance request today for a bad GFCI outlet on the balcony and Marcellus quickly diagnosed and replaced the outlet within an hour of reporting it. What service and with a smile no less!!

Excellent Apartment Community!

What a great building run by a great team! We really enjoyed our time at The Kent. Ebony, Marcel and Shiloh are all awesome and prompt to address any concerns or questions. They all made sure our daughter felt special coming home from school each day when they greeted her. Location is also just fantastic. Can't say enough good things!

Unbelievably Awesome

The Kent is the best of the best!! We felt “at home” from the moment we walked through the doors. First, and most importantly, the staff here is top notch. This place is run like a well oiled machine!!
You won’t meet a better staff than Ebony, Marseilles, and Shiloh. Professional, personable, caring, and they feel like family. Prompt maintenance, great housekeeping, popcorn, hot chocolate, pool table, awesome swimming pool and friendly residents are just a few of the superb things you’ll... experience.
Oh, I forgot to mention the palladium, the Tarkington, the farmers market, Christkindlemarket in the winter, the Monon trail, and a gazillion shops and restaurants just outside your door!!!
We’re happy and thankful to be here!!!!??

The best place to live.

I work in property management and the staff here is top tier! From the property manager Ebony to the maintenance man Marcell they are great!!!
