Coventry Court West Apartments

I’m only just going to put a few things in here because I have so many things about why not to live here it would take up too much time. It started when they told us they had to push back the date we can move in even though it was set and I was pregnant they claimed they wanted to make sure it was clean and ready for us to move in so we gave them an extra week when we got there it was disgusting it looked like it had been abandoned for years there was bugs cobwebs dirt all over the walls carpet... is gross and trash inside the vents were gross dishwasher and fridge we’re both broke washing machine leaked. I had a scare that someone was trying to break in. Found a flashlight one night by our back porch door and a open bag of random things found out it was someone stole that bag maybe trying to break in our spot. Our biggest concern was that we had wasps inside of our home almost every day for six months. Mind you I had a newborn the whole time. Management does not care it took way to long to get that taken care of and things were always just patched. The good reviews on here are most likely they give Starbucks gift cards for writing a good review. Way overpriced and you have to pay 100$ for there internet which never works. Just don’t live here. I have lived here over 6 years and will until I move to Florida late this year. Danielle, the manager, has been excellent and always sees that any corrective action on a problem is completed in a timely manner and does not fall through the cracks so to speak. If something is going to take a few days she has followed up me know when I can expect it to be fixed. The response to repair needs has been prompt and has fixed the problems. The grounds and buildings are kept in good shape and this has... been an enjoyable place to live. I like the location as it is central to grocery and drug stores as well as local dining options.

I have lived here for several years and thoroughly enjoyed my time at Coventry court west apartments. Very safe and quiet community. All the neighbors have been respectful. Maintenance and the office staff are quick to respond and friendly. I would recommend Coventry court west apartments if you are wanting a safe and clean environment. You will love it!!

Pay luxury prices for low quality.
No assistance office is hit or miss if open. Pool was gross, emergency maintenance never wants to show not even in Monday. Had used with toilet and plumbing said they would right ticket and come on Monday. Never did. Had to higher a handy man. Rodent issues. When locked out you have to call a lock Smith! They won't come let you in your apartment!!

From the application process all the way through my last week in the apartment, I felt more than welcome in this neighborhood. If you're a first time renter this is the place to go. The wonderful people in the office helped me to make sure that everything I needed to secure the apartment was taken care of and they even loved my dog and made her feel welcome too. The size of the apartments are nice, spacious enough to not feel cramped but not so big that they're difficult for one person to manage... . Maintenance were always super helpful and respectful of my belongings the seldom times I needed them. The facility is well maintained and is in a great location that is close to great schools and suburbs and very short drive to shopping and down town. I moved in when many things were still closed and had limited operations, but the Coventry Court West team went out out of their way to safely make sure I felt like this was a place to call home. The only reason I am leaving at all is because I am moving on to a new chapter of life in a new house. I will always be grateful to have called Coventry Court West my first home. Lee mas
