This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and backyard, actively monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or the sensor will result in additional fees. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. No parties are allowed, with a $2000 party fee, and no smoking is permitted, with a $1000 smoking fee. The maximum property capacity is 7, with no unregistered guests allowed. By booking this property, you agree to fill out the verification sent to you upon booking. If you refuse, do not pass, or are flagged, your booking can be canceled. Refunds will be provided based on the cancellation policy.
