Maintenance Magic
I had placed a couple concerns with the front office. There was a mechanical disturbance from my neighbor’s townhome. The noise was ongoing off and on from Friday til Monday. The noise was disrupting sleep and left our ears ringing.
I did not receive and feedback on Monday if the concern had been repaired. So my daughter and I walked to the office to speak with someone as the main line is answered by AI.
The two sales people were with potential residents. They did not greet us nor state... someone would be with us.
Mr. Felix came in from the gym door and greeted us. He has fixed a number of issues in my home. Plus, he always speaks in passing. He inquired about my issue and I informed him that a couple of requests have been made. He asked for my address and said he had time to check it out. It should be noted that it was already close to closing time. Mr. Felix assessed the situation, followed up and advised me what I should do if I have the problem in my home in the future. I am thankful he took the time to check out what we deemed important to us to get a good night’s rest.
