Upgrades are attempting to be made but nothing is enforced. The new parking permits were a good idea but it help the parking situation. Trash pickup is a good idea until neighbors decide to store their trash cans in the hallway. There’s no point in offering offering amenities and saying there’s repercussions for not following rules if no repercussions follow.
