We have lived here for two years and it has been great! Anytime we've had a question or work order Kurtis or Tiffany are available and super friendly. Maintenance has taken care of the couple work orders we've had, and did it on our schedule! Highly recommend this place!!

This is my first review I've ever written about anything bad. But I just feel I need to warn others so it doesn't happen to them.......as it's severely affected me.

I liked the apartment as it was brand new, nice location and price and I lived there for 5 years. I lived through all their management changes until current and am still dealing with the nightmare they caused me and my credit and will for a couple years. BEWARE, even their current management is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! On... top of multiple maintenance items never addressed when I first moved, as no one ever seems to be on site or care, who sends a tenant that had no previous issues paying for 5 years to collections after moving out... For $200????supposedly mailing a letter and not even calling or emailing or following up to make sure that mail got forwarded to the new address. That would have to be sent certified, so someone knows I never received it. I know people say that all the time, but they did nothing more than send a letter, if they even did that, I don't believe them, no phone call, no email and straight to collections. This was for $200 for some prorated rent and some misc charges. Not damage, not back rent. He "said" he sent the letter on 02/26/21 and my credit report shows it was sent to collections 04/12/21. Really?? Thanks for 100 point deduction and the ONLY negative thing on my credit report. I actually had to reach out to Kurtis about this, as a couple days ago, its the first time hearing about it when I was purchasing a new vehicle and was told there was a collection on my credit report. He promptly emailed me a copy of the "letter" he said he sent. But couldn't provide me that courtesy before sending it to collections? Just know going in that the management has been unprofessional from day one and still is. Their lack of attention to detail and follow up, proactiveness, has cost me 100 points of credit score over something that I never knew I even owed until I saw the collection on my credit report. I'll give a 1 star because I did like living there. Just not the management they are horrible. Lee mas

Everyone is very friendly and there to unlock the door when you forget your keys! Property manager is a great guy who is understanding and helpful and always available even if it’s 1am and there’s an emergency or question he would answer! I’m a high maintenance tenant and the entire place and everyone in it were so accommodating! Small town , IGA right across the street is the best!

Manager seems very nice and helpful. Also the property is very well kept and adds a more modern look to our town.
