No pets, smoking, or vaping are allowed inside the home, and absolutely no marijuana smoking is permitted anywhere inside or outside the home. No illegal drug use is allowed in the house or around the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Violating these rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. A $300 cleaning fee applies for smoking anything indoors, and a $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Deep cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than 14 days or if the unit is found in complete disorder. Security fees may be billed if incurred due to behavior at the property, with a minimum security fee of $150. Lee mas
