Western Hills Apartments

Hi. I have lived in this property for almost 2 years, the staff of the offices, the workers are very nice people and always friendly with the tenants, I do not have the same opinion of the owners of the property, Western Hills Apartments, a few days ago a worker that they hire to cut the grass I cut the front left tire of my car with the lawnmower and they did not want to pay me the rubber, they told me that I was the one that had cut it and that I wanted to blame them so that They will pay me... the tire, which I scraped on the edge of a sidewalk. It is incredible that they are rich and refuse to pay a tire of 100 dollars. But I leave everything to God because in life it's like a restaurant that nobody leaves without paying. I do not recommend anyone to move to this property. They do not take responsibility for anything that happens to their cars, my car tire was bitten by those who cut the grass and they want to blame me, I mean they are saying that I am a scammer and a liar.
