Our management team has undergone... changes in recent years, but we work to ensure all resident information is kept up to date and that commitments are honored with our resident management software. Units are dependent on availability, and we cannot guarantee specific units without a holding fee. For maintenance and comfort concerns, we rely on residents to report issues so we can address them promptly through our on-site maintenance team.

For the gate concerns, we are aware of occasional issues and will continue to work with the team to ensure it remains secure. As for the maintenance and pest control issues you described, work orders submitted through the proper channels are typically addressed promptly, and pest treatments are performed by a contracted service. While Dylan is proud to offer pest control services, pest control is a community effort and needs everyone's compliance to be successful.
