I’ve been living in this apartment since freshman year and overall it’s been a good experience. The location is really convenient — close to campus, grocery stores, and a couple of bus stops, which makes getting around pretty easy. The apartment itself is clean and spacious enough, and the rent feels fair compared to other places nearby. One of the downsides the that maintenance is kind of slow which can be stress. On the downside, parking can be a little tight, and sometimes the walls feel... thin so you can hear neighbors. Still, if you’re looking for a safe, affordable place in a good location, I’d definitely recommend it. Lee mas
