Our move in has gone so smoothly because of Holly! She has been so helpful and transparent about the whole process. She put in maintenance requests before we arrived and communicates really well. This place is wonderful and I recommend 10/10!

I was a Resident at the apartments on Village West End for three years. From amenities to management, this place deserves a five stars rating. Maintenance response was always quick and efficient. The administration was always fair and comprehensive, with nothing but great community engagement.

The Village @ West End is located in a perfect part of town, nice and quiet but only a few minutes from everything. The grounds are very clean, the complex is very calm and peaceful. It feels like a true home neighborhood and not like a complex. The appliances were all full size and not typical apartment-style. The light fixtures and paint were new and things I’d pick for my home, not the typical apartment style cheap stuff!
The leasing and move in process was great. The 2 maintenance... concerns were addressed immediately and the property manager is very responsive.
We feel incredibly safe here and the cost is amazing. Village @ West End is perfect especially if you want the feeling of living in a house but the convenience of a townhome.
